It was agreed;
The building programme should be spread over five years.
The raising of the money was mainly a diocesan affair and must be expected to come from the church people of the diocese.
A campaign would be launched in 1963.
The Dean and Mr Margrett would hope to be invited to attend all Rural Decanal Conferences.
It is not desirable to employ a firm of professional fund raisers, this work will be undertaken by ourselves.
There was a great need to improve press relations.
It was agreed to interview Mr Rivers in regard to a more professional approach.
Mr Margrett should write to Mr Edward Maufe formally asking for plans for the Refectory and Lavatory accommodation along with an estimate of costs. This improved accommodation was required by Easter.
There was a report on the Brick Book Scheme.
