There was a report on the meeting with the Town Council. The accounts were approved.
The Committee agreed to ask the Executors of Bishop MacMillan to consider providing £100 required to install the memorial.
Miss Iredale gave detailed reports, she had been responsible for raising a couple of hundred pounds for the work of the Broderers Guild and a Special Gift of £100 towards the cost of linen required for the surplices. She talked of future projects.
The Chairman reported that the first cottage would probably be ready for occupation by a date in October and the second by a date in November. The Committee had to decide what skills the tenants of the cottages should have.
Miss Iredale reported on the Canada Chapel negotiations.
