The Provost enquired as to the size of the Charleston Banner, Lady Maufe replied that it was larger than the one they already have but quite possible for one man to carry. The financial situation was much improved.
Miss Taylor reported the Exhibition had brought many new workers, one difficulty was the increasing number of applications to receive work by post,. This method had proved unsatisfactory yet it caused much disappointment to refuse.
Miss Michelmore said fifty finished kneelers were packed, ready to go for upholstery and a further fifty were finished but for a few minor adjustments.
