The names of the Architects were concealed and Mr Tapper excluded all but 33. It was decided the Architects names should remain concealed both from the assessor (Mr Tapper) and from the Committee. It was then decided that the sub-committee be appointed to act with Mr Tapper to choose 10 (not exceeding 12) from the 33 Architects. It was resolved that the 5 final selected Architects should return mini plans for the final competition.
