Committee Meeting of the Broderers Guild July 1955
Miss Purves had been in touch with the Men’s Institute of Guild of Learners and the Embroiderers Guild in the endeavour to find a supervisor for white work.
Lady Maufe showed her design for the Boy Scouts kneeler. Before the war there had been 66 designs and Miss Taylor agreed to visit Lady Maufe’s studio to see if there were any further designs that she would like to have.
